Summer Reading 2023

Beginning June 1, you can sign up for Summer Reading at Cambridge City Public Library or online at CambridgCityLibrary.READsquared.com. Readers of all ages are welcome to compete for drawing prizes. Reading more books increases your chances of winning the drawing for your age category.

Did you know that children who read over the summer break have a much easier time picking up where they left off, ready to learn when school starts up again in August? We encourage parents and caregivers to read a book every day to your pre-readers and sign them up for summer reading as well. All of the public libraries in Wayne County have great summer reading programs with lots of fun activities and prizes, so head to your local library to get started!

We are partnering with the Golay Center to present our larger programs in their meeting room, and kids enrolled in the Super Summer Fun program will be able to attend.
